This 2008 Avanti Pista was one of 2 used by Hayden during the 2008 season. While he recorded some notable rides on this bike, it’s sister frame, was the one Hayden rode to win the world Omnium title, in Manchester, UK in 2008.
This bike is built exactly as ridden at those champs. It features an Oval concepts aero fork, a steeply angled Ritchey stem (used with the Easton sprint bars), a set of Dura Ace cranks with solid Dura Ace chainring, and a Fizik Arione saddle.
